This page is still under construction - so any feedback is welcome, not only regarding content but also on presentation. Footnotes to the papers are still being reassigned to their original text places in the main paper. Diacritic marks that have not converted to HTML are being replaced with Western European accents and roman transliteration. My aim has been to make the content available to you immediately, adding the corrections and polish as time permits. Here are some miscellaneous notes that may help you make sense of these papers and get the most of them.
